Force uploading of pictures to Skydrive retroactively

I have a Lumia 920 and it is set to automatically upload pictures and videos to Skydrive in their original sizes. This all worked well until I filled the Skydrive account. I let the Skydrive situation last for over a month and now that I?ve freed up some space again, the phone will not synchronize the backlog. Every new picture that I take gets uploaded automatically now that there is free space once again, but obviously I am now missing a month of pictures in my skydrive account.

I?ve tried toggling the auto-upload settings, soft resetting the device, spoken both kind and not so kind words but nothing seems to help.

Manual uploading to skydrive works, and I know that I can just synchronize the pictures with a computer but I?d like to be able to awaken the auto upload functionality.

Anyone with clever thoughts or ideas?

From what you say, all new pictures show auto load is working for them. The ones that couldn't upload when you were full aren't considered new. Considering what you've tried, it seems like manually uploading them or syncing on a computer are your options to get that month up there.

Agreed, the auto upload is working for new pictures. The thing is that there must be some kind of time limit on this.
I don?t remember the exact wording but whenever an upload has failed for whatever reason the phone informs you about it and you can "press here to try again" or something along those lines.
I had that prompt on my phone for quite some time, I really can?t say how long, but once that disappeared it seems as all hope of catching up is gone....unless you go manual.

So unless I?ve gotten it all backwards, one needs to act within a certain time frame when issues arise in order to have an seamless auto upload experience.

Thanks for your input. Now I?ll set my status to "BUSY" and start uploading..
