Forza Horizon 3 Win 10: wheel wont work at all t150

[Windows Central Question]

The P.C. recognizes the wheel. But it wont work in Forza Horizon 3. The wheel is a Thrustmaster T150. I have checked all the obvious, and vreified in settings that wheel is correctly set for T150. It wont do anything.
Please Help.
