Hi Folks,
I flashed my RM-809 Rogers (Canada) Nokia Lumia 710 to each of these firmware releases, and I had functional MMS and Internet Sharing right off the bat (no need to tweak or download Network Setup).
Code: 059N4N9 | Variant Name: Telcel MX MX Black/Black V5
Code: 059Q209 | Variant Name: RM-803 CV Pakistan PK Lumia 710 Pakistan Black V1
The odd thing is that when I first tried the Pakistan firmware a few months back, MMS did not work. The only difference I can see is that I first flashed to the Telcel, in which MMS did work, THEN I flashed to the Pakistan firmware. The upshot of the Pakistan firmware is that it is totally unbranded and free of custom carrier-loaded apps. Despite being RM-803, HSPA 850/1900 still worked fine.
Too bad I only made these discoveries as WP 7.8 is due any day now
