My wife has been using FreePrints for a few months now. Other than spamming her with junk email, I don't see any other catches, which is pretty nice. I jumped on last month and it is a VERY nice service/app.

What it offers:

• Up to 85 4x6 prints per month (good quality too), up to 1000 prints per year.
• Only pay for shipping which is no more than $9.99

It allows you to select prints from:

• Photos Hub
• Facebook
• Picasa
• Flickr
• OneDrive
• Instagram
• Dropbox

I don't think so. I haven't even checked them since they just go to my junk folder and are ignored.

it is not available in India. anyways, in India, prints are quite cheaper. i mean, $10 for 85 prints (only shipping cost) is also costlier than the print cost. here we can get a good print at Rs. 6 per print, i.e. Rs. 510 ($8.5) for 85 prints.
even online websites like zoomin in india offer that rate or less, which is best in quality so far.
