Freezing Problem of Windows 10 After Update from Windows 7SP1.

I had windows 7 SP1 with below hardware
intel i5 (2.7GHz)
RAM 3 GB DDR3
intel Graphics 4X

First day after installation it was working fine but it has become so laggy i can't even watch movie.
