Frustrated situation, Please help

Hi,

I have Lumia 920 mobile phone. Version: 1703 & OS build: 10.0.15063.2. After I update to v1703 it wont start many apps such as Whatsapp/Whatsapp Beta and Temple Run also not even Flashlight app.

So I thought new update might fix this issue so I tried to update, but it wont work.
Windows Insider: Fast
Phone Update settings, the update appears as,
“2017-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for arm-based Phone Devices', 'We'll download updates next time you're plugged in or just click the 'download' button to do it now"

When I tap on download button,
"There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80070273)"

Please help. I don't really need to update the phone. All I need is fix this apps wont start problem.

Try a restart
If that doesn't work, do a hard reset
