Fullscreen Video Flicker Build 14295

My sister's lumia 640 doesn't have this issue but mines does. Would a hard reset fix the flickering issue or would i have to wait till next build is pushed and hope it fixes it?

I am also facing same issue in my Lumia 830 Build 14295

No idea. I have it on all three of my Lumia 640s, but they all updated from 14921 to 14925, so perhaps that has something to do with it.
