So what, he should just shut up and move along, just because he is not a multi-billion corporation? I don't understand, what's the point of your reply? Are you just being a dick or do you work for Microsoft? Because those two are the only explanation for your ridiculous comments.

Excuse me? How was the post I commented on a "positive contribution"? How is it more constructive than what I posted? Want me to point out all the useless posts in the forums? I can make you a list if you want to...

How's about I list all the user names you have used on this forum...MrBurrrns... I have no desire to discuss this with you. Take the infraction and move on or I will ban you now. I like passionate people if you want to be here so bad that you are willing to keep making new names I am not going to kick you every time. You will follow the forum rules.

I always folow the rules, it's the double standards that I have an issue with. But don't worry, I'm not complaining, I know how things are around here and I accept that.

My question should I go ahead a ban him? That's kind of a ass hole reply. He gets himself banned then goes and makes multiple user names then gets in trouble again but we are the ones with the double standard.

His reply was definitely ass-holeish but probably not worthy of a full ban. I'm always willing to give posters more leeway in PMs. Posters need a private space where they can hash out personal problems or challenge a ruling without fear of further punishment. So I expect a little bit of ass-holeishness. However, only a little leeway is all they get. PMs still have to follow the rules otherwise that could quickly turn into harassment towards us and other posters.

As for MrBurnBalls, we probably should have banned him for his second username but banning him now would seem petty. I have a feeling he's gonna play the waiting game. Waiting for one infraction to expire before flamming again. I think the next time he flames another poster then we go straight for the temp ban. Permanent if he's dumb enough to keep doing it.

And just because I want to say it again - ass-holeishness.

I banned him on his 2nd username. His first post with his 2nd username was a report on rule enforcement. Once again telling us how to run the forum. This is his 3rd username.

LOL! I don't think you were a mod yet. He used WilliamPotter as his 2nd username and I can't remember if he ever made a post with that username, He just made a report on rule violations.

Hmm I'm still confused what to do. If Eric bans him we just have to way a few days he will be back with a new name. Is it better to keep an eye on him with name or wait till he surfaces under another?

I have already banned all three of his new user names via MN passport. Lets see how he likes that.
