I'm from India. I've lumia 720 wp8.1 yeah pretty disappointed....

Lately I kinda feel like being left out. I can't shake that feeling off.

future of this left devices. ( positive replies please )

Positive reply? You can install the last preview build made available to your device using the Insider Program. Then, looking forward, at least these devices will still continue to run and serve their purpose (of being a communication and entertainment device) despite not being updated to the latest and most cutting edge of features until such time that the any of the hardware components fail (either by deliberate misuse, from accidental mishandling or due to age).

An identical very long 3ad was just closed by moderators due to looping questions and nothing news to answer.
As red, old phones can hold 10586 and its updates till closing of build development.
Another way is the registry hack, at everyone own RISK, mentioned in forum Hack and Development
That's all, unuseless opening the 3ad again, IMHO

Can we get further Build 10586.xxx or just stop at .164 ? Currently Redstone has been pushed in Slow Ring so there is only the Preview Ring left for a ticket to 10

You can get till the last 10586. The different rings were due to newer phones and owner who they'didn't want to try Redstone.
If you try Update now in Slow, you'll never find Resdtone, only next Threshold when released (Insider check phone identity)

After I rolled back my lumia 720 wp8.1 i can't download Windows insider i get a error 805a2012 despite flashing twice.. This is karma guys ..So, I'm stuck here .

I'd try again later when you phone has settled a bit more after your most recent flash.
