Fuzzy touch screen on lumia 535 single SIM when connected with USB cable

I'm using Lumia Denim build 02063.00000.15114.43000
I connected the phone to PC via USB cable and I noticed that touch screen gets erratic (can't scrool /swipe, touch&hold windows logo phone vibrates erratic). Same goes if the phone is connected to a USB charger. Touch screen gets back to normal when on USB cable is disconnected.

Can anyone confirm / advise?

Yes, this is a known issue with the L535. Updates have been released possibly in an attempt to "resolve" the issue, but results are inconclusive.

The only conclusive solution is to have the screen replaced - some service centers are already aware of the issue and replace the screen with a fully functional and more reliable screen. Your phone should still be covered by warranty and there should be no replacement fees.
