I actually started creating it as a puzzle that you have to complete to turn off your alarm in Simply Alarming (update also just published and available soon): Simply Alarming | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States). This is a standalone version playable anytime.
It's based on the old brain teaser where you need to say the colour of the word instead of what the word says, but you instead need to pick the matching colour as quick as possible. A screenshot is below:
