Game developers will be able to run their own Xbox Live eSports tournaments

Microsoft is offering game developers a chance to take control of eSports tournaments based on their games. As part of their Game Developers Conference announcements, the company says it will offer those developers a set of tools so they can run their own tournaments on Xbox Live.
