Gameloft Rival knight request timeout error

here....ive downloaded this game from gameloft, one day had passed and now the game is not opening anymore....its just giving me this msg "request time out. please check your connection or try again later." my broadband is speedy enough but i dont know why this is happening....its giving me this error more than crashing.

Your best bet would be to contact Gameloft's support, tell them what happened and what you were doing at the time, so they can track down the bug and squash it.
