Games account--which one to use?

Hi I'm having problems with my account for games (xbox) . I use a different email address for my Xbox account than my normal email account.

My phone is set up with my email account so when I open my games it signed me in with a new xbox account.

Is there any way to change this so I can have my normal xbox account in there?
