I have LG L3 II right now but im going to move to WP8 and i am going to buy my first WP phone ( Nokia L520 ) and there is some games that i would like to know if i can run it :
Asphalt 8
FIFA 14
Real Soccer 2013
Temple Run 2
Real Steel World Robot Boxing
Six-Guns
Subway Surfers
Dungeon Hunter 4
The Sims? FreePlay
Mass Effect:Infiltrator

Not sure about FIFA and Real Soccer 2013, but as far as I'm aware the only game in your list that's able to run on a 512MB device is Temple Run 2 (which has been updated to do so just a couple of days ago). As gaming on your mobile device seems important to you, I may highly recommend choosing a device with 1GB RAM. You won't be happy otherwise. Judging by your choice of the Lumia 520, I assume you don't want to pay much, thankfully there are a couple of devices with 1GB RAM available that aren't so much more expensive than the 520 is.

I have looked in Youtube and found that Nokia L520 can run : Temple run 2, Asphalt 8,Six-Guns and Dungeon Hunter 4 but i don't know about football games
( also i can't buy higher than Nokia L520 right now and it's my first Windows Phone )

I may have missed updates for the games you mentioned that added support for 512MB devices. Not sure. All I know is that these games at least didn't support it upon first release. No matter what, to be on the safe side, you should really consider waiting a bit longer, saving some more money and get a device with 1GB RAM. Like I've said before, there are a couple of lower spec devices available for not much more than the cost of a 520 that sport 1GB RAM.

you should buy lumia 525 because it has memory 1G and it will support more game, besides it is cheap compared with lumia 520

try searching for online retailers if they have unlocked 525 available.
