Gapless playback now on Groove on PC

Big update to Groove this evening, on mobile and PC, surprised no one else has mentioned it.

All devices on Production 318 and Groove saying 3.6.2096.0

I noticed this update earlier. Not used Groove since update. Anything new?

I use Groove all the time. Don't know why it gets slated so much. Haven't noticed any real changes with this big update. I find Groove 95% reliable. It clean and simple to use. Tried others for comparison but always end up using Groove.

Have not tested on phone but on PC:


The radio starts songs about 1000x's faster..used to always sit and hang for a bit. Also "now playing" no longer does ken burns type stuff....just a static pic and a stable and cool CPU....kudos. I never liked CAD fighting for resources with groove but I always like my SB to show what I am listening too.


So far so good....next....car integration...we'll see...it has been a Long Ride
