GDR3 and "Other Storage"

Does the space for "Other Storage" in GDR3 still increase to GBs being a problem like in GDR1 and 2?

It doesn't but if you do not hard reset your device then the previous other storage is still there. But it isn't anything crazy. Mine is at 2.5gigs and since GDR1, and it hasn't really increased in about 6 months. I have seen it go to 3.3 but it usually settles at 2.5. I have not hard reset my device.
