Yup! It's been more stable for me then the Preview. I see fewer Loading screens too.

Downloaded and installed last night, so far so good. The first thing I noticed was that when my phone was off and I plugged it in to charge, it did not power on and load the OS.

I'm not sure. I checked for updates on the phone. It downloaded and installed. It took about 10 minutes.

OK, a few minor things I've notices:

-screen brightness is slow to adjust. At times you need to lock and unlock the device to dim or brighten the screen.
-battery level bounces around. Charged it fully, but still read 72%. Reboot brought to 99.
