Get on wifi network that requires username and password - Windows Phone

I'm trying to get on my work's wifi with my Windows Phone. The phone detects the network but only gives me the option to enter a password. The network requires each individual to enter a unique username AND password assigned by the admin. Any know a solution for this?

The network requires each individual to enter a unique username AND password assigned by the admin.

In that case a webpage should open requesting you to enter username and password, any wifi unless the broadcast name is hidden wont allow you to enter a username ,even windows phone. you should contact your admin
