Getting :( screen in Lumia 520 after update windows phone 8.1

Hi,

I have updated the Windows Phone 8.1 update in two day before. Now I have getting blue screen after change my sim. I can't log on into mobile, it always showing this screen even i reset the mobile, removed the battery. Could you please help to resolve this problem.

You said you reset your phone. Did you do a soft reset or a hard reset?

You have to do reset. I didn't the same for my lumia 1020 and got it fixed.

See proper way in youtube how to do reset using volume and power keys. It will show exclamation mark and the reset progress
