Ghost Touch

Please look at top of images attached. Surface Pro 4 i5, updated to latest available Windows 10. It starts happening after few minutes of use. Few millimeter from top, there's a horizontal area or line where it loses the touch, I mean if I draw selection rectangle with pen, it loses on that part. Any idea, is this a hardware or can be fixed with some software, please advise.
