Witch configuration is better in Glance for the battery?

Peek or the Intervals?

Intervals let the screen 'on' for several minutes, but the peek seems to let the proximity sensor on for the life...

I use Peek and with GDR2 and now GDR3 I have not seen any negative battery draw. In fact I think the GDRs improved battery enough that it offsets any extra this feature may use.

Is anyone seeing a rapid drain in power or seeing that the battery says its at 100% and shows that it will last 11hrs and 13hrs on Standby?

I normally use peek, but tried out always-on for a few hours just to test it. Using 4 alternating backgrounds (from the Glance Background BETA app) over 2 hours I got an average 1% per hour drain. And that's even from a L920, the AMOLED phones should do even better.

On a Lumia 925 GDR2/Amber: I use always on, background enabled (3 personally taken photos in the rotation) + night mode 2:30 am till 10:25 am. I'm not really seeing much battery drain, if any. It's hard to tell between slim and none as every day's use of the phone is different.

The great thing is that if the phone is in your pocket or lying face down Glance is off anyway. Just pull it out of the pocket or turn it over and there is your Peek without waving your hand around. I leave the phone on the nightstand face up all night and know what time it is if I wake in the middle of the night. This seems the most efficient to me.

I had Peek on a 620, didn't notice any difference in terms of battery compared to pre-GDR2 w/o Glance. Then I put it on always on. Amazingly, no difference that I can tell in terms of battery life despite it laying face up on the desk all day long.
It is also always on for my 920, but I bought it with GDR2 and never had it w/o Glance. Btw, double tap does not seem to have any influence on the battery either.
I love Glance, very convenient.
