Globally Disable Vibration?

Is there a way to globally disable vibrations?
It seems like you have to turn vibrations off for notifications, then turn vibration off for the ringer, then turn vibration off for the navigation bar, etc...
That seems like a lot of work, when there could just be a single point of enable/disable.
Does that even exist?
What about a registry hack, if not (maybe vibration strength or something)?

I don’t remember one. But notifications and ringer are the only two places. Unless you customize each notification

Thought it's under settings/personalization/sounds. Toggle vibration to OFF.

You can always remove the motor to completely disable it, even upon boot.
