GLONASS in W10 phones?

That's just a question.
How do you think, will (or should) there be GLONASS satellite navigation system on upcoming W10 phones (or other portable devices) made by Microsoft?
Obviously, the WP8 phones, which are to be upgraded to the W10, already have that chip. I'm asking about phones manufactured in the W10 era.

Addition yes, subtraction no for me. The device must work in every country.

guess this should not be a big deal; even my Samsung Focus Flash had it..if I recall correctly.

Doesn't GPS cover every country?
If yes, I'd prefer without GLONASS
