Good tablet for ArtRage and Sketchbook?

I'v searched the web for a while, but can't find any good reviews about this.

Will the 4 gb ram version of the Surface 3 run programs like Sketchbook and ArtRage without any problems? Is the screen notisably bigger then the surface 2 and surface pro 2?

I have the 4gb / 128g version and have used Sketchbook, Arrange (trial) and my new favorite Mischief and they all work really well. Freshpaint also works really well. I have not had any issues. I am also upping my virtual ram with hard drive space just because, but I have read that this may not really help.

When you paint on the surface 3, do you use multiple layers (more than 5), and a big canvas size (bigger than 1920 x 1080)?
Do you feel that the pen is accurate, even with slow brushstrokes? Is the screen big enough for you to have a good amount of space to paint on, without user interfaces getting in the way?
