GPS Problems

My 830 is not able to locate my location and lock on to it. My 720 can at the same time and both devices have data off. They are on 3g voice network only. Also both have offline maps and the latest software update. Does anyone else have the same problem???

Nope. Don't recognize your issue.

I do however have the orientation compass get confused a lot. The screen/driving direction keeps spinning.

Kinda annoying.
