Grand theft auto loads much faster on Lumia Icon than LG G2 and Galaxy S4

I have all three phones and just tested the startup of grand theft auto from the time you hit start until game play starts.

On Lumia Icon it took 12 seconds. LG G2 needed 20 seconds. S4 needed over 30 seconds. In each I repeated this a few times to make sure the times were repeatable.

The Icon is superfast...

Visuals look similar and since I don't know how to display frame rate, I'll hold off on any suggestions on which is smoother.
