Grand Theft Auto (SA) for Win8.1

Bought the game for WP on my 1020 a while back for $6.99. (not to mention the PC version for like $49.99 a few years ago when it came out) And now spent another $6.99 for the Win 8.1 version of the game for my Surface 2... I've gotta say, this is my favorite version yet! XBox 360 controller support and cloud saving (Rockstar social club) support make this my #1 favorite game on my Surface 2! (Halo Spartan Assault is #2 )
I think I'll uninstall the WP version now since one; we can't sync saves between versions, and two; the controls on the phone version are kinda well.. Hard to control...
Anyone else downloaded the Win8.1 version on their Surface or other Win8.1 tablet? Any tips, secrets, or general thoughts about the game, post em up here!

I've been really debating whether I should get this. It's only 7 bucks but I question how often I would play it. I just beat GTAV which set the bar pretty high for GTA games. Going backwards sounds hard to do, lol.

I know.. Its fun on this form factor though. The portability of it is what's cool.. that, and the way it showcases the power of my Surface 2 (RT) is another selling point. I got some strange looks from my coworkers when I brought my Xbox 360 controller to work with me lol....

For Surface 2 owners i noticed i can push the resolution to the max add shadows and other stuff without doing much harm to the frame-rate. Looks much better than default settings.

San Andreas runs great for me, but I can't progress on my Lumia 2520 since it crashes every time at the mission "Sweets Girl"- Others have reported a similar problem. The lack of cloud saves is extremely annoying as well, as I'd like to be able to switch between my laptop and my tablet from time to time.

Rockstar doesn't seem to concerned with the bugs missing features.

There actually should be a cloud save option, but the "Sign into your Rockstar Social Club account" is buggy, and I find that I have to go into the options, do it manually immediately before saving, and then it'll give me the cloud save option.
