Grandma was given a free 1020!

Well my grandma got a 920 a while ago, and had issues with the tile color. If she set it to blue, then turned the phone off, it would revert back to the original color, pink. So she went to Microsoft, they said to update it. They updated her phone and her phone got bricked. She lost all her pictures and everything. She doesn't remember her old Microsoft account. I tried to remember it, but I only new the first 5 letters in the account. The rest were numbers. Since Microsoft bricked her phone, they felt bad and her a 1020 for free and 2 year insurance.
