Great new music player app in the store: music mode!

I just stumbled over this app called "music mode" while looking for a last.fm enabled music player. This player is a lot better than the original music app, much faster, better screen layout that works very well even with huge music collections (such as mine). Building playlists is so much easier here. Is also does crossfading if you change tracks while a track is already running, which is a nice touch - finally no more "hard cuts" at a party. The "pro version" also plays flac format (I think all pro version features are free in the first 30 days).

The player is very new in the store it seems, but already works very well for me. I had an issue once (renaming artists did not work) which the developer responded to very quickly, providing a fixed version within one week. He also hinted at some new features he is working on. Nice!

It looks like I am not (yet) allowed to post links here. You can find it in the store by searching for "music mode", or open musicmode(dot)net in your browser.

I just found out that you can search your database by just typing in. A search window opens automatically. Could be more obvious but it works very well.
