Green Screen During Videos (Lumia 630)

Ever since I got my Lumia 630 (came with Lumia Cyan) sometimes while on YouTube, Internet, Netflix, etc. the video will glitch and when I restart it, it becomes a green screen with audio, it affects any video I stream system wide, I have to restart my phone. I thought Microsoft would've fixed this in Windows 10 but when I was watching Netflix I got the problem after around 7 episodes, strangely the subtitles appeared over the green screen. Any help is appreciated, I have already tried resetting before.
