I don't believe Groove Music is available for W7. Only Win8 +. If you mean "what can we use as an alternative" I guess its Spotify, MixRadio, ect ect

or a "hey we're giving you a free upgrade to 10 anyways, we kinda also don't want to spend the effort and money back porting Groove for 7.

I do nothing with Groove on my desktop, which is still my most-used device otherwise. Sucks, still, and my Groove subscription has become less special/valuable to me, accordingly. I installed Win 10 on my Surface Pro 2 only to run Groove, and then only when Zune on my Win 7 desktop stopped syncing my Zune players last June.
