Groove Music refuses to start on my laptop. I installed the Windows 10 anniversary update to see if it could fix my DVD Driver. not only did it not fix my driver, but it also slowed down my computer dramatically, and now that I've uninstalled it, Groove Music refuses to open.
I read another thread that said I should reset Groove, but that's impossible because under the settings on my computer, Groove doesn't have the "advanced options" option.
It won't even let me uninstall it or move it.
What can I do to fix this?? I'm not a computer wizard.
