Hard Drive Issue

I have a 64 GB Pro. I don't have much media (photos, music, videos). Maybe at most 5gb and that's exaggerating. My app list is fairly small. I don't have large programs and games. For some reason, I only have 2 GB left of storage.

I tried deleting all media content, uninstalled all programs that I didn't use and apps, but it only dropped 2gb.

What do you guys think is taking up all the space?

Should I just do a hard reset? All of my data is stored on the cloud. At least all the important ones.

Should I just take it to a Microsoft store? I'd rather try and fixed this myself.

I did disk clean up and ie history.

if you have backed up all your data , you can try to do a hard reset :smile:
