Has a non insider version of wp10 been released?

Reading reports of an OTA update for windows phone 10 and i am wondering is it non insider? Im running wp10 on insider Lumia 640 XL and do i need to downgrade to wp8.1 update 2 for this wp10 release. Thanks ?ire

Just use the Windows Insider app to swap to the "Production" ring and then leave the Windows Insider program if you want to.

Or just stay in the "Production" ring, which gives you the option of testing a development ring if you want to.

There shouldn't be a reason for you to go back to WP8.1.
