I received mine about 10 days ago.

I havent I recieved my 950on day 1 through MS retail store and also sent the required sms. I did recieve a call from MS to confirm my address after 3-4 days. But I still havent recieved the dock yet. I have logged call with MS support but they are unable to help me out with tracking details.

Yes I did. Thank you. Dispatch date was 23 Dec and I recieved it on 31st December. Patience was the key, which I lacked
