Has anyone here ever changed their Windows Live ID?

And if so, did it cause any trouble with your phone?

I changed mine a couple of weeks ago jalb (changed it on my xbox) and had no problems at all. I thought it might interfere with my purchased apps but when i used the new id on the phone and went to redownload them it knew I had already purchased them.

I did have to reset my phone of course to use my new live id. Grrrrr

Other than the reset, no problems at all.

I changed my xbox live ID a couple months ago (Same login, new screen name). It didn't do anything at all on my Windows Phone. It was seemless.

Gamertag change doesnt require a phone reset... but if you change your live ID (email@live.com) you do have to reset the phone.
