Has GDR3 fixed the capital "i" bug?

Can anyone with GDR3 confirm whether MS has finally fixed the bug with the letter "i" not capitalising automatically when using English (UK) as your input language?

Frustrates the hell out of me!

Are you on GDR3?

@Ashish It is fine if you use English (US) but not English (UK). Going into the keyboard options or the Advanced options does nothing to solve it.

i have GDR3 developers preview and have no such problem as reported by you even while using ENGLISH (U.K)

So even if this bug existed...its gone now

No it's not fixed. I'm running the GDR3 preview and it still present. It's very annoying.
