Have a Nokia Lumia 830 from B+H ?

If you do, my friend wants to buy one - (I'm trying to convince her) but I don't
know and can't find out from B+H what it indicates for Mobile Operator, Settings >
extra+info scroll down > Manufacture Name > Mobile Operator, it should have 000- ?
what is after 000 or if that's not there what does it say ? Thanks.

My B&H 830 has:
Mobile Operator
000-22

I should add that my SIM was not installed when I checked.

Edit: Reads the same with my SIM installed (heck I got curious and had to see lol)
