Which phone are you refering to?

Did you do a hard reset and not restoring after updating?

As drastic as that sounds that is known to fix a few number of issues.

Is there a particular reason other than "latest update" that you are on the Insider ring?

There's a reason it is advised to keep primary devices on production builds.
