Having issues with my speakers Lumia 1020

okay so I have all the latest updates, and I love my phone. There's just one little thing, the sound is messed up. Whenever I play music it wont play unless I have it connected (Bluetooth wirelessly) to my car. I cant listen to the music with earbuds, speakers, or anything. Also the ringtone no longer goes off and it makes no sound what so ever. And I really need my phone to make sound for my alarm clock. I tried turning off the Bluetooth disconnecting it from all devices, turning it off then on, playing with the sound, ringtone, and other audio settings, but I cant get the sound to start working again. HELP ME PLEASE!
