Just got a new laptop. Had itunes on the old one, and it read the file just fine. But now Groove music just displays 'unknown artist', etc, for a handful of files, and if I try to edit it , Groove gives an error saying it can't save the changes.
If I go directly to the file and try to edit the info on the detail tab in properties, it won't allow me to type in any of those fields.
I can edit the tag with a 3rd part tag editor---but Groove still won't see the tag.
I've already made sure the file isn't read only. And it's only a handful of files out of thousands, but it's driving me nuts that I can't figure out why I can't edit the properties on them.
