HD7 on D.telekom

I have an unlocked US t-mobile branded HD7 that I am currently running on t-mobile Germany. The question I have is how can I get my HD7 to recognize Telekom apps available for my phone. For example: t-mobile DE mobile TV. I am paying for it with my contract but have no way to download it. Everything in the marketplace still shows T-mobile US apps. Also I have to wait for T-mobile US to update the phone which is BS because I am no longer using T-mobile US. Is there a way to unbrand it from T-Mobile US? Thank you for any help.
