Same thing, it's High Dynamic Range. Feature is making its way to displays and videos, not just a photo thing anymore.

Reading up on it opinion is that most publishers will likely go with HDR instead of 4k. HDR adds about 2.5mbs to your bandwidth requirement whereas 4K is suggested at 25mbs.
