Headset Headphone Switching

[Windows Central Question]

I use both a headset and headphones on my Acer w700, the heaet im usining has 4 rings s required. at sometime i got a window come up to select which device i am plugging in a headset with mic or headphones, It also had a checkbox "not to show this message again", i mistakedly checked it in headphone mode, now it doesnt come up and i cant use my headset with mic anymore..is there a way to get that that dialogue box back?
