Heating issue while surfing on 3G

Anybody using L720 , suffering from heating issue on 3G??
Whenever i use 3g for browsing net and watching videos on YouTube phone gets heated but on WiFi it doesn't.

And today im notice that my phones vibration not working.The keys and when a call received from someone.
