Hello and help please!

Hi all, I'm new to windows phone and found this forum yesterday, got to say, it's great! I have a Lumia 930 and I love it, after being with ios for years, I'm completely converted. My phone has a few issues though. I have the common problem of over heating and it appears to have warped the back of the device slightly as its raised by the camera button on both sides. The battery life is appalling, the volume, power and camera buttons are very loose and rattle. Also, when I'm on a 2g (gsm) connection, the screen flickers constantly until I return to the home screen. Question is, do I return my phone or is everyone getting the same issues? Should I just hold on for an update. Don't want to return the phone if its not necessary as its all set up. Any help would be much appreciated.

Return it, a few have complained of overheating, no issues myself as yet.

Back up all your settings before.

Return it as the warping is a bad sign. If it does that to the outside case imagine what it must do to the circuit board !

That sounds like a defective battery.
Be careful that can be disastrous.
