hello i have i virus on my pc and need help!

hello i have a virus on my pc but i can,t get rid of it it states that i must buy a key and unlock my pc.

can someone help me out ?

Try to scan with WinDefender or Free Antivirus (Avast Free).
Be Careful , your personal data would be affected/deleted.

If above step doesn't works then Install Win Using Dvd/Bootable USB which leads to Format your OS drive(Usually C: Drive).

Try searching the exact phrasing of what your screen says. This will hopefully get you a result from one of many anti-virus sites that targets the specific malware you have and gives you instructions on how to clean it. I got hit by this once before and in my case, I had to download a free program to a thumb drive (used a 2nd pc) and use that to scan from safe mode to remove the virus.
