I want to delete my microsoft account from my old Nokia Lumia 720 without affecting the same account from my Lumia 650. The old Nokia Lumia 720 will no longer be mine so I want all my data erased.

Simply got to Settings, Info, Restore my phone

Well, two hours ago, when I started operation "delete all data" I thought: simply touch "reset your phone" and everything will be all right. Is not. My data are still there. Do you know any other way to fix this problem, please? Thank you!

After you reset the phone, did you go through the setup? Did you add your Microsoft Account back in?

That would be the only way I know of to get your data back on there, restoring it during setup.

Reset the phone and leave it at the first screen of setup. Your data will be gone and no one can put it back on there without having your Microsoft Account information.
