I have accidentally deleted my photos and videos from the camera roll of my Lumia 1020,is there a way to recover them?

You have to put them in cyberspace first... Cyberspace can't create them from naught.

Unfortunately for the OP, Lumia 1020 has no card slot. SD cards can be pulled and software file recovery methods can work on the SD card in a PC card reader slot.

Such recovery methods do not work on a Windows Phone's internal memory or an SD card still in the phone when connected over USB.

As said, if you uploaded them to OneDrive then you won't have lost them. Otherwise, if you only had them on the internal storage then they may be lost.
